Hi this is the email i have got back from whmcs WHMCS Hi, It appears that PHP is not being interpreted/run on your server at all so this is not something we can resolve from the WHMCS side of things. You need to have someone help you setup PHP & Ioncube on the server before you will be able to run WHMCS - we don't offer any services for server admin.
