WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 4, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 4, 2011 The domain will automatically be renewed for 2 years, but if the client only wants to renew for 1 year they can do so manually.
othellotech
first , when client register a domain for 2 year and more, he can not renew it automaticaly for another 1 year after expire , and he must renew it for same 2 year. Client can renew it for any number of years, if they dont click "renew" then the automation will send the invoice for teh same period as on the domain record (i.e. what they used before) second , many times, domain renew will not done automatically on payment ! That will be an error on your system, a lack of funds at your registrar, and incorrect setting you have entered, a TLD that doesnt allow automated renewals, or just a cr@p connection from your machine to the registrar i clicked on a link and then i needed to review previous domain , i clicked BACK button on browser Only an idiot would use *back* or *forward* on a web-based financial system
