MarkPBrush
My installation was done for me and while I'm still very happy with that decision, the install went into a 'WHMCS' directory on my 'secure' subdomain. The result is that 'WHMCS' appears in the URL. Before I plunge in and start moving files or setting up symbolic links, I'd like to see if anyone had any advice. The phrase: "If it ain't broken, fix it until it is" is never far from my thoughts, as is "Stupid questions are better than stupid mistakes". I'll lay off the cliches for now and get back to work... tsiedsma
Edit your config to set the desired location, move your files to the desired directory. Submit a ticket to WHMCS to have your license reissued. Very simple actually!
GGWH-James
Don't forget to update things like your IPN settings (i.e. URL) at the various payment gateways and the System URL settings within WHMCS as well. Unless your license was purchased through a reseller though, you can reissue your own license in the WHMCS client area; if it was obtained through a reseller, contact them to have your license reissued. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 3, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 3, 2011 If you purchased your licence directly from us you should reissue the licence directly from the licence details page in our client area. No need to submit a ticket.
MarkPBrush
As suggested, I re-issued the licence and it worked like a charm. Thank you, Mark
