[NOT A BUG] bank transfer option shows Mail In Payment address

ehm

Recommended Posts

I have the fields on Bank Transfer payment gateway filled with my bank information and the fields on Mail in Payment filled with my address.

When I print invoice, it show correct, but when I e-mail the invoices for those who have Bank Transfer, the top right corner shows the Mail In Payment information.

The Mail in Payment invoices are displaying correctly, to it's not reversed. Just the Bank transfer do not work on the email option.

on the print option it's fine.

if you use Download PDF button it will print the wrong information (mail address instead of bank info)

I deleted both fields on the SETUP and create again, but still doing the same error when emailing or downloading.

Only works on the Print option.

any help?

Hi John.,

If I click the button "printable invoice" on the script invoices.php? (Summary of invoices), it opens a new window (viewinvoice.php) that will show the invoice with what ever I put under Setup--> Payment Gateways-->Bank Transfer

were you can read this comments:

-----

The instructions you want displaying to customers who choose this payment method - the invoice number will be shown underneath the text entered above

------

But if I e-mail that same invoice, it will show what ever I put under Setup-->Payment Gatway --> Mail In Payment

I understand that it may not be a bug then, but there is any way to send the invoice to the client, with bank instructions on it? So the client do not need to log in on my system in order to make the deposit?

Thank you
