scurrell
Hey I have 8 clients with hosting package which cost 1$ and I got 8$ in my paypal but admin summary shows me 5.77$ total per month, so how to fix this? And are clients pay that tax fee? I should imagine it's showing you the total, minus your Paypal fees. No, you can't charge your clients Paypal fees - Paypal won't allow it.
StefanNET
No, Its showing me 5.77 $ and i have 8 clients so should be 8$ cause every package is 1$ and Im not charging tax and i see receive amount of 1$ in my email so i got whole 1$ in my pp and whcms shows me the wrong stats.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 28, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 28, 2011 If you are using exclusive tax mode then the income forecasts will exclude taxes. After all you won't keep any money you collect in taxes any way so not sure why you would want it included. Matt

StefanNET
Yes I read that already twice, but whos paying fee in my case? Me or customers? Also did I get 1$ or 0.60$? And please to get a normal answer, I just want simple answer such as: I get 1$ or I dont get 1$ and how much I get.
Damo
You get 66c. The fee is taken by PayPal from the amount you charge, so you pay the fee not your customer.
StefanNET
Thanks, so does anyone know how to customer pay this fee or to disable fee?
striddy
You can't disable fees that paypal charges. They like all other credit card merchants do not offer a free service.
mylove4life
I think they are a little higher in fees than most, but are easy to start using... But let’s be real, at a 1 a month, do you really expect to be in business long!!
