Anders Posted January 16, 2011 Share Posted January 16, 2011 hi guys, i have problems with pipe pop i have 3 departments and they all have diffrent administrators and diffrent mails. departmen 1 is SUPPORT: this one WORKS fine and create a ticket with pipe pop with e-mail support@mysite.com departmen 2 is DOMAINS: this one i get the mails but NO ticket is made with e-mail domains@mysite.com departmen 3 is ECONOMY: this one i get the mails but NO ticket is made with e-mail economy@mysite.com Support Ticket Mail Import Log i get the date OK, yhe "to" column BLANK, subject column i get "From: «»" and "Department Not Found" very strange as on department works fine oh i also use mail that is not admin mail is customer that is signup in the system. any ideas WHMCS STAFF? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
