DistributeIT WHMCS Module Problems

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong....

I've got the DIT Module Setup in WHMCS,

I've just created myself an account and logged into my client area to transfer some of my own domains as a test.

Looks like the transfer has started without a problem however.....I have to manually go in and approve it - Is this normal having to push it through in the admin section of whmcs?

Second problem is that the Expiry Date doesn't seem to have come across....I've got the CronJob running every half an hour and the email I get contains this:

DistributeIT Domain Sync Report

---------------------------------------------------

Updated xxxxxx.net.au expiry to //

Updated xxxxxx.com.au expiry to //

Updated xxxxxx.com.au expiry to //

Updated xxxxxx.com.au expiry to //

(I've replaced my domain names with x)

Not only that but the renewal date has been set for 2 years from the date that I transferred the domain using my client area (which was yesterday so its saying renewal is due 4/1/2013)

What on earth have I done wrong here, I'm wanting to perfect this before I start transferring client's domains obviously....

Any Help would be greatly appreciated - I hope I'm making sense...let me know if I'm not and i'll try and explain better :S

Thanks In Advance Guys

If you placed the order as an admin and didn't generate an invoice, then yes it is normal. Transfer/registrations are only triggered automatically when the associated invoice is paid.

Review Utilities > Activity Log. Is there any sign of two transfer attempts or a renewal?
