jackc
Hello, I'm running into problem with whmcs and directadmin auto-provision. I have multiple servers with DirectAdmin installed and with different hosting packages in each server. For example: Server 1 has Package1 Server 2 has Package2 I have tried serveral times that WHMCS is only able to auto-provision accounts for the server set to default. "This is where you configure all your servers so that WHMCS can communicate with them. The default server for each module is marked with an asterisk *. You must select a default server for automatic setup to function correctly." When I have Server1 set to default, WHMCS will not be able to auto-provision accounts if a client sign up for Package2 which it's in Server2. There will be an "can not resolve host" error in the activity log. Anyone ran into this problem before? Is there a solution to this? Regards, Jack
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 28, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 28, 2010 If you want to do that you'll need to create two server groups, add server 1 to group 1 and add server 2 to group 2. Then you can specify which server the product is created on under Setup > Products/Services > Edit > Module Settings tab.
