How to view expiring orders ?

How do I find out expiring or expired orders in WHMCS so I can contact clients for renewing the same ?

orders dont have dates - what do you mean by expiring *orders* ?

All domain and hosting orders have due / expiry dates. How a customer and admin knows which orders are due for expiry or expired ?

Products/services have a Next Due Date, domains have a Next Due Date and an Expiry Date. Orders have neither of these.

And how do i view products / service which are due and how do i view domains which are expiring or expired ?

You can already use the Filter to view expired, cancelled, fraud, etc. items.

 

Expiring is a relative term; relative to what you would consider an expiring timeframe. (Expiring in the next year? month? 10 days?) For that, you would need to create a custom report using your criteria.

Expiring by mean say: products/services/domains which are due after 7 days

and by Expired i mean products/services/domains which are already overdue.

Like I said, 7 days is YOUR criteria in this case. No, there is not a filter for that.

Yes, it does. Go to Setup -> Automation Settings. There you can set the number of days before due for reminders to automatically be emailed.
