automation summery email

Hi,

since the update to 4.4.1 i dont get any automation summery emails.

in the activation log i can see what it did but i rather have it in a daily email.

is that a setting i can turn on?

Are you referring to the cron job activity report? If so, do you see "Cron Job: Completed" under Utilities > Activity Log?

Same problem here since 4.4.1. But not only with summary email, the cron don't generate all invoices, only 1 invoice and then stop.

Try increasing your php memory_limit and max_execution_times settings. If that doesn't help, please open a ticket with your admin login details.

This seems to be similar to what we are experiencing. (Some of the invoices aren't processing - we think!)

We processed them manually without issues.

We don't receive the email on the Cron Job Activity.

 

We have updated to the 4.4.2.

 

We have confirmed that the emails never get sent out to the admins.

 

The last entry in the System Activity Log shows - Cron Job: Running Usage Stats Update

 

It never says Cron Job Completed.

 

Going to up the php memory_limit and max_execution_times and see if this helps.

 

I'll report back if it works. (Perhaps someone has already done this and it fixed their issues?)

Resolved: There was a server listed that was no longer active that was hanging it up on Usage Stats Update System that it couldn't complete.
