Pre-typed ticket responses

I think it would be quite useful if support ticket responses could be compatible with the following pre-typed / response-template example:

 

Dear {$client_first_name}

 

 

 

Kind Regards

 

John Doe

 

 

Just like email templates can have variables, could support tickets have this too?

i myself wouldn't want this, nothing worse than me submitting a ticket at various help desks myself as the tech and instead of the response being addressed to me its the boss's name there instead... just a personal annoyance

 

That would be fine, you just wouldn't put it in your ticket response template.
