Clients not able to download any fies from WHMCS

This is the fourth time this issue has come up in 30 days. Seams to never get resolved... our clients are complaining they can not download any file we have for download in our WHMCS. Once they click on the ICON of the download, WHMCS asks for a login and password, and once they enter this information and try to download again WHMCS asks again, over and over and over so they never get to download the file. We have been emailing it as a attachment just to get by for now.

Our server techs at HostDime says " This issue seems to be a result of WHMCS, and not the server - as the original session logs in correctly, WHMCS is losing this session secondarily."

Any ideas? We could sure use some help!

Thanks,

rdavis

Please ensure your clients are logging into the client area using the exact URL defined in Setup > General Settings.

If for example your WHMCS System URL is set to http://www.example.com/whmcs/, you would need to login to your admin area at http://www.example.com/whmcs/. If you login at http://example.com/whmcs/ this can cause the Invalid Access Attempt message (note the www. was omitted).

Please also ensure there isn't a php.ini file present in any of the WHMCS directories as this can cause the session to be lost.
