mustafa420c
check and make sure server and database names are correct along with password... what i find best is install a new copy with new database and go to the mysql import module via cpanel (if thats what u have) and just import your old databass in to your new one it just overrights the data and works every time.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 22, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 22, 2010 Make sure the php files you're uploading correspond with the version of the database. Ie. Uploading 4.3.1 files with a database from version 4.2 can cause this error.
