tomdchi
We recently started using Artisteer template generator and have added a free templates section to our site with templates for various formats/packages. I decided to see what it would take to make them work with WHMCS and It works pretty well. The template page is located here. While any template could be used the ones with a menu under the header and a vertical menu on the right side are the only ones I have worked out the proper header.tpl and footer.tpl. I will be adding more and if enough people like these then I will put up a WHMCS specific section. To use: Make a new folder under the WHMCS templates folder-it can be named anything you like. Get files: Download zip file here with tpl's already configured for templates with a menu under the header and a vertical menu on the right side and upload them to the folder created. Download a template from here using the HTML link. Unzip Files: *The only tpl files you must use are header.tpl and footer.tpl All other tpl's only have the class changed for input buttons. If you have made any customizations to any of your orderform tpl's then do not upload these. Files in whmcs-tpl.zip: Upload files not in orderforms folder to folder created under the WHMCS template folder. Only upload orderform tpl's to your WHMCS orderforms folder IF you have not made any changes to your current orderforms tpl's and are using version 4.3.1. If you do want to use the orderforms tpl's included in the zip them be sure to make a backup of your current orderforms folder first. Files in html.zip: Upload all files to folder created under WHMCS template folder Now all files should be in place and there should be two .css files. One names style.css and the other is add2style.css. As the name implies take the contents of add2style.css and paste them at the top of style.css. In the WHMCS admin Setup->General Settings the Template dropdown should have an option for what you named the folder created earlier. Change to this option and save. That should do it. Go to the client area and check it out. If some tables are out of alignment then you may need to adjust some values in style.css. Let me know of any problems. Thanks! tomdchi
hi, this sounds intresting but i cant see any demo how whmcs cart will look like? do u have any screenshots? Our site paytracs.com uses WHMCS and is using this template setup. Here is a direct link to a shopping cart product - https://paytracs.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=20 Edited January 7, 2011 by tomdchi
bear
Here is a direct link to a shopping cart product FYI: both Safari and Seamonkey don't like that much (IE6 is it's usual balky self). Middle content is way off the right side of the screen. Small market share, for the most part, but still...
tomdchi
I just checked it out and there is only a problem with one page and its not the templates fault. The html content for one of the ssl products pages is off a bit in safari. The shopping cart and checkout look ok. Thanks for pointing it out to me bear, I have to get better on checking all pages with all browsers.

bear
The html content for one of the ssl products pages is off a bit in safari. The shopping cart and checkout look ok. Just a bit? Perhaps a different version of Safari, but they're all off in mine [version 3.2.3 (525.9) ], See attached.

wrmhle
We recently started using Artisteer template generator and have added a free templates section to our site with templates for various formats/packages. I decided to see what it would take to make them work with WHMCS and It works pretty well. Hello Tom, Starting from 4.0, Artisteer supports Export Plug-ins and there is a possibility to now creating a plugin export into WHMCS. More details you can find here: /http://www.artisteer.com/?p=dev Thanks, Bob Edited September 7, 2012 by Infopro
