Deeco
Hi, I am facing a problem, when a customer attempts to purchase a product he/she recieves order information including invoices apart from their 'Cpanel Account Details'. As far as I am aware everything is operating well. Please assist me. Many Thanks.
atechstl
Well I don't think it would send out Cpanel info unless the account is created on the server. Whenever you setup your hosting packages: setup - Products & Services. Look at your Module Settings for that package. Make sure there is a setting to setup the package. By Default I believe it's setup not to create the account on the server. You don't want to be sending out Cpanel credentials if their account wasn't created. That would be one unhappy customer.

That's then thing; The Account has been created and Set-Up sucessfully and no Account info is generated or created(I think).

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 17, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 17, 2010 This error message indicates that you don't have a server selected for the account to be setup on. Check you have a default server set in Setup > Servers and that a server is selected on the account that you are trying to setup. http://wiki.whmcs.com/Common_Troubleshooting_Tips#Server_Command_Error_-_Curl_Error_-_Couldn.27t_resolve_host__.286.29
