gmax21
I have a client trying to transfer a .eu domain. We use ResellerClub. When he tried I got an item in our todo list, I also then tried to hit transfer and get the same error: java.util.HashMap cannot be cast to java.lang.String What does this mean?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 8, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 8, 2010 Can you confirm the domain is available, I've seen this error before when a domain is in quarantine status and isn't eligible for transfer.

gmax21
Sorry I never realised John replied until now. The client never continued with the transfer, I think it may have lapsed the renewal though from memory.
Guest
I have this problem too with ResellerClub. The domain will expire on 20th May so it isn't in quarantined status. What is the solution?

newbie
Has anyone EVER succeeded with transfer of .EU towards Resellerclub? In the last 200 attempts with different WHMCS versions we always got this error. We use another registrar for .EU because of this. New registration work good. Anyone else considering to drop Rellerclub ?

Anyone else considering to drop Rellerclub ? I have same problem as You. We need to use other registrar too, but with it, we can't follow domain expiration dates automatically. ResellerClub has very good prices, we want to use it for .eu registration.
