Problem processing payments after upgrade to 4.3

I added a Product Order for a client, which created the appropriate invoice. When the client logged in to pay with Credit Card, it would not accept his payment. He tried twice. He then chose PayPal, was able to submit payment but when it put him back into WHMCS, it did not show Paid.

From the admin side, it also did not show anything about receiving the payment via PayPal. When I looked within my PayPal account, it showed the payment and the subscription both.

I ended up just marking the invoice as Paid, but how can I troubleshoot and determine what's going on to fix this automated process for payments of credit cards and PayPal?

When I was running WHMCS Version 3, everything was working fine. This is the first payment that's been tried since upgrading to 4.3 so not sure if should check/configure/tweak something?

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance?

Hi,

I had the same issue as beansbaxter after upgrade. I then set up IPN in PayPal as per instructions, using the URL of my WHMCS client home page, Resent the IPN from Paypal, but nothing changed in WHMCS. Nothing in the Gateway Log, either.

Is this an indication that it still won't work on future PayPal payments?

Thanks for your time.
