lightbeing creations Posted October 15, 2010 Share Posted October 15, 2010 I've got a department set up for Sales as with Support but am unsure how to keep a track of email conversations within WHMCS. Support is easy, as there's a dedicated section, but there doesn't seem to be such a system for Sales (or other departments) so am using my email client Thunderbird to carry on with Sales emails.
