bobrandklev
WHMCS is working fine for clients I didn't break so now that I know more I'm hoping you can help me fix the broken ones. I have some clients coming up on domain renewal and the system automatically sends them an invoice they can pay and then the renewal is completed. I have some other customers coming up on domain renewal and they get an email to login to the customer area to renew their domain but the DON'T get invoices sent to them automatically? Early on I had problems understanding the renewal process. I'd register a domain, it would invoice the client so when they paid it would renew again. I believe I then transfer/renewed some domains and deleted the invoice which broke the automated invoicing? Now I know to copy the line item and remove the top line item on first invoice and then we'll be set for next year. Thanks for any ideas/help.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 5, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 5, 2010 If you deleted an invoice you'll need to move the Next Due Date for the client's domain forward or back by 1 day. This will then cause the renewal invoice to be generated.
