PulsedMedia
WHMCS is creating new invoices for services not yet delivered, as due date is in the future. This is kind of a major problem as we use 4 weeks before due generation of new invoices. It doesn't seem it looks into if the service is pending or active. Is there any way to change this behaviour so that new invoices are created only for active services, as should be?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 28, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 28, 2010 Invoices will be generated for services in pending, active and suspended status. You'd need to change them to cancelled or terminated if you don't want invoices to be generated.
PulsedMedia
This behavior cannot be changed? As services pending, means not setup yet... Which means invoice shouldn't be generated yet That's atleast our case
