computel
I have been getting a ton of support spam tickets. How or what do I set to stop this as they are not registering and they are sending support tickets. Thanks
ninak
I don't know what to tell you except what we are doing. We have a notice on our form for submitting the support ticket that says spam mail will cause the spammer's IP to be blocked for one year, then when we get the spam we do block it on WHMCS and in our cPanel. (WE were getting at least ten a day) now it is down to about one a day.)
plusplushosting
why you dont just accept tickets from only registered users? will cut down alot of spam if not all. Setup --> Support departments enable "Only allow registered clients to open tickets in this department"
