Spam Support Tickets

I don't know what to tell you except what we are doing.

We have a notice on our form for submitting the support ticket that says spam mail will cause the spammer's IP to be blocked for one year, then when we get the spam we do block it on WHMCS and in our cPanel. (WE were getting at least ten a day) now it is down to about one a day.)
