DigitalEnigma
Hi, We've been testing this module before we go live and have come across a few issues:- 1. We are seeing blank approver email options showing up in the list of approver email addresses to select from. 2. We've followed the Wiki Docs and setup configurable options to allow for multi-year orders however even when a multi-year is ordered when the customer comes to configure the SSL it shows as 12 Months. I have logged a ticket for these but not had any reply as yet and wondered if anyone else was seeing the same issues.
DigitalEnigma
Hi, Is no one else seeing these issues? I have a ticket open but still waiting for news.
pik
Had the same issue with Enom module and multiyear orders. I use Globalsign module also, but multiyear orders did "handmade". Did you use Option name as "years" and Options as 1,2,3,4,5 in Configurable Option?
DigitalEnigma
Hi, I followed the instructions for adding the multi-year config options shown in the docs here: http://wiki.whmcs.com/GlobalSign_SSL When ordering it shows the years and bills correctly, it's only when you come to actually configure the SSL via the emailed link it shows as 12 Months.
GGWH-James
I see this thread is now marked as "resolved". What was the resolution?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 1, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 1, 2010 http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=14017 Please open a ticket for the fix.
GGWH-James
http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=14017Please open a ticket for the fix. I'll do that as I always have with other threads here marked as "fixed". I wasn't sure what the resolution with this was since it's marked as "resolved" rather than "fixed".
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 1, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 1, 2010 Hi, Yep you were right to ask here. #1 was confirmed not to be an issue, and #2 is simply that instead of "Years" you need to name the configurable option name "ValidityPeriod" to match GlobalSign's naming convention. DigitalEnigma
The problem with mine was my configurable option was called Validity Period (with a space as this is displayed to the customer) so was getting ignored. Matt, can we please have this updated to allow for the space for display purposes when this option is shown to the client during the order process?
