Quote to Invoice to recuring

I know how to create a quote and convert to invoice. How do I get the invoice to turn into a recuring billing? There are items on the invoice at are setup for monthly billing. Will the invoice automatically bill again in thirty days?

An invoice is a one-time item. If you want it to be recurring you'll need to place an order or create a billable item. You can't convert a quote into either of those, so you'd need to do it manually.

the problem with creating a order is that you can only select one product. some of our services have multiple products.

 

Tried to create billing items but when I do that each item added is displayed as hours on the invoice instead of Qty.

order it as the client and add as as many as you like to the cart

 

or untick "generate invoice" and put the orders in as admin then click "generate due invoices" on the client - it sends all the items on 1 invocie
