different usernames

One of customers wants to place multiple orders for our service, using the same e-mail address but under different usernames. As currently the username coresponds to the e-mail address is there any solution for this?

We're not real sure why your client wants to use diferent usernames however you can give them additional access by adding in additional names to thier original user profile..... or add a sub account for access for specific reasons.

Adding sub-accounts doesn't seem to be a good option because different e-mail addresses are required. Can you please tell me how to add additional names to the original user profile?

 

The client wants to use different usernames because it wants to buy for more people that do not have the posibility to pay.

You can add as many different hosting account to a single client account without issue. Each hosting account will have its own username/password combination.

I'm having the same problem. I have a client who has two totally separate registered companies and requires the two to be billed independently of each other. But the system will not allow the same email twice.

the client could use the email-adress from the first account as register address for the second account. ^^
