vchosting
Are you able to see all support departments -- Go to Setup --> Administrators --> Edit Icon for you --> and ensure that all support ticket departments are checked. Once you do this you will find all tickets are viewable.
bigideaguy
but actually there isnt any-i deleted them all. Its very confusing why this keeps happening, how do i correct the number shown. I had the same issue on our website, all tickets had been deleted or responded to but there was always 1 awaiting a reply, but it was no where to be found. To solve this I used phpmyadmin to access the mysql database for the whmcs installation. I found the tickets table and looked through the tickets to see which one I did not see in my whmcs admin area. I made sure that the ticket had been taken care of and then I deleted it from the mysql database and now my whmcs shows 0 again like it should. It might be a good idea to backup your database if you are not sure what you are doing when you are deleting stuff so that you have something to fall back to just in case.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 6, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 6, 2010 It's possible you have an orphan ticket, that is to say you've deleted a department that the ticket belonged to. You'll need to check tbltickets and tblsupportdepartments.
