hostguin
Hello, sorry my English not goof. When I set Mail using SMTP, with configuration : Mail Type : SMTP SMTP Port : 25 SMTP Host : localhost Sometimes, it work but some times failed. Admin Email Notification Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Data not accepted. SMTP server error: (Subject: [Ticket ID: 985795] New Support Ticket Opened) Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Data not accepted. (User ID: 37 - Subject: [Ticket ID: 985795] upgrade) That same if I set SMTP Host with my POP3 (like : mail.mydomain.com), but if I use PHP is ok.. Any solutions ?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 31, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 31, 2010 The "Data not accepted" error is being returned by your server, so I recommend contacting your server admin to find out what's causing the error.
Steve-TGM
John, What about the server not connecting or the php not working? Other emails work such as welcome email but none of the invoice emails are working/sending. Even though they say they are?
