dtcllc
What is the best way to handle - SLA - Service level agreements in whmcs? There is no SLA option to setup and nothing in client profile. We have multiple agreements. A customer can have more than one at any time. They are based on number of computers and we track it by computer ID.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 24, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 24, 2010 Could you elaborate on what ideally you would want to happen? As far as I was aware, an SLA in website hosting is a contractual agreement regarding uptime/performance etc so there's no need to WHMCS to be involved.
[JSH]John
Is this more of an addon to your services where the customer can pay extra for the agreement?

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 31, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 31, 2010 So it's in addition to an existing product? In which case it would probably be best to use an addon.
