WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 23, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 23, 2010 There's a problem suspending Service ID: 338 which means the cron isn't getting to the backup generation stage. Suspend it manually and change the status in WHMCS to "Suspended". Then run the cron again and see if it gets further this time.
