ukcompany Posted August 9, 2010 Share Posted August 9, 2010 Hi, I've logged a ticket about this previously, however, feel that a thread should most likely be created as well to see if others are experiencing a similar issue. Essentially we are seeing a problem whereby when a customer upgrades his/her reseller account via the client area the following happens: a) the reseller quotas are adjusted b) the package details (as per: configproducts.php?action=edit&id=XX are adjusted for the reseller's main account (ex: Web Space Quota, Bandwidth Limit, etc) Unfortunately because of (b) this causes the main account of the reseller account to break in some instances where the reseller has increased the resource allocations via WHM or has changed the package assigned to the reseller username in WHM.
