fruitwerks Posted July 29, 2010 Share Posted July 29, 2010 I have the ticketing system working fairly well, but one thing that is bothering us is that we get emails of our replies when we reply! I can't figure out where to turn this off. I just want to know when a new ticket is opened and when they reply to our replies. Please check you haven't added your email address to the ticket reply email template Setup > Email Templates. 2. Check Utilities > Activity Log, is the escalation cron running?
