Send email to client upon ticket response or ticket status changed

The question is simple. How to make WHMCS automatically send a notification email to the client if the ticket submitted by him gets a response from our staff.


I've already configured the pipe-email feature so that the client can open a ticket by sending an email to our suppor email address.


But it seems i cannot find where to configure the part where the client recivies an email when a response on his ticket was given.
