avesovum
Hi All, I have scanned this forum for this answer but cant seem to find it. When a customer is not logged in, but is registered, the customer would like to use the Already Registered Button to login. The problem is this!! When the client clicks the button it goes to the Existing CLient Login Page and when the client enters their username and password it just resets back to the Existing Client Login Page and won't finish the checkout process. Snapshot attached. Has anyone had this problem before? Regards Tony
sohouk
Yes, I have had this. It may be a cookie problem and the way WHMCS handles session cookies. If the client clears the cookies for the relevant site (your site), then they may find it will work.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 20, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 20, 2010 Have you ever have the third party jWHMCS addon installed at any point? This can sometimes cause problems with logging in.
