zomex Posted July 10, 2010 Share Posted July 10, 2010 The problem with this is would be if you have thousands of clients. As ghpk said your daily cron job email will list all of the clients who have an overdue invoice. If you setup the suspension option and termination option you can automate the process. From my experience you will always get customers who do not wish to continue with their account and decide not to let you know. In this case WHMCS will take care of the situation.
