Nexxterra
I have just changed the price for my small business package to 4.95 per month, I did this correctly. I have a number of clients on this package and when I click on their account I still see the 6.95 price showing. I really do not want to go into each clients account and change the price. What did I miss? will the crons update this tonight? I did not see an "apply to existing accounts" button Thanks Paul
sparky
The cron won't update them. You will either have to 1) update each one individualy 2) use the admin addon "Bulk Pricing Editor" to update all of them at once
tomdchi
Changing the price of a product does not affect the price of existing orders. You will have to change them manually for each client.

Nexxterra
Does anyone think this should be a feature? If I wanted existing customers to remain at the same price I could easily just create a new package, but shouldnt price adjustments have the ability to apply to existing accounts too?
scurrell
shouldnt price adjustments have the ability to apply to existing accounts too? Yes, which is why the Bulk Pricing Updater was written....

nabil
I am about to use the bulk price updater and have two related questions: 1. Being able to specify a certain price is great as you can exclude promotions but, what happens when the promotion is over and the price reverts to the 'usual' non promotional price? Is the usual price the new one for that product or the old one? 2. Related to promotions and price updates in general - what purpose does adding a Promotional Code on Products/Service have? Thanks
