debjeet
Hi, I've integrated WHMCS with my website. I just ordered a test order on my website. When I try to view my invoice, I'm getting the following error. Fatal error: Call to undefined function outputClientArea() in /home/mumhosti/public_html/my/login.php on line 0 I logged in to my WHMCS Admin area, Listed All Invoices, and then When I try opening the printable version of the invoice, I'm still getting the same error. For Example, you can try out this page: https://my.mumhosting.com/viewinvoice.php?id=19 Can someone please help me on this. I'm not sure where to start from. Thanks. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 25, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 25, 2010 This isn't normal so I'd recommend a full re-upload of the PHP files (excluding configuration.php and the /install directory). If the problem persists please ensure you don't have any third party addons installed and open a support ticket.
debjeet
Hi Thanks for the reply mate. Just before I do this, wanted to confirm whether this would reset all my saved settings like, products, services, admins, requests, clients, etc? Thanks once again for your kind help. Regards, Debjeet
verdictjosh
No it won't effect any of that, as that information is stored in the database not the client files be sure not to over write the config.php file though. the file used to connect to the database.
debjeet
Thanks all.. It worked. I even tested an order with paypal and it worked seamlessly quite well. Just wondering how do I test my Domain Reseller account. Whether a test domain registration passes through whmcs or not..
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 28, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 28, 2010 It depends which registrar module you're using, some have a test mode.

cessnaman
I just noticed that this is ONLY happening for unpaid invoices.
