I was thinking though based on a data price would the app consume more data then the admin area via the browser? If so the app would be more efficient for small checks etc? Just data is 12GB for $100 some I'm trying to be wise here....

Sure its simple in the descriptions field put the url of the option description https://youdomains/productconfigurationdescription.html edit the orderpage template called viewcart.tpl Find the part where it shows the description and change that to something like <a href="{$product.productinfo.name}" >?</a> Now I did not actually do this just typed it on the top of my head so it could be slightly wrong but with a head on the body it can be done.... If you want me to do it detailed just give me an message...

No it won't effect any of that, as that information is stored in the database not the client files be sure not to over write the config.php file though. the file used to connect to the database.

you want to integrate whmcs to be the same theme as your website? this is fairly easy just edit the header and footer and the style sheet if you don't know how to do that I suggest you hire someone to do that. I'm pretty sure whmcs itself offers this service however another popular group to do it is paytondesigns.com
