ozmo Posted June 20, 2010 Share Posted June 20, 2010 Hi all, I have had a potential client (PC) ask me today... "How do I checkout?". He went on to describe what he was trying to do and where he got stuck. So I thought I'd walk him through the order process and all would be sweet. WRONG!! The PC was trying to transfer two (possibly three) domains over to my hosting services so he went to the order page and followed the steps to add his orders to the cart. So far so good. He then decided to order a third domain so he clicked the Order button once again which took him to Step 1 as expected. He then decided that he did not want to order the third domain and proceeded to click the Shopping Cart link which unexpectedly took him back to Step 1 again. So his and my question is... How the heck do you go directly to your Shopping Cart to verify your order and Check Out? Any help would be appreciated.
