Electrotoad
Hi, is there a tutorial or something on how to automate the signup process. What i was told happens with WHMCS is that you can sign up, pay and your account will be created automatically. I've added all required cron jobs and I've set the options in WHMCS so that after order has been completed that the account is created, however, when I tested this process, I only got 3 emails, 1 - for signing up to my WHMCS site, 2 - telling me i have an invoice, and 3 - thanks for the payment. Can somebody help me as I love WHMCS and I really don't want to go back to ClientExec Edited June 19, 2010 by Electrotoad
plusplushosting
I guess you have configured to create the account after the payment is complete...so....did you try creating the account manually clicking in the Create account button to see if there is any communication error with the server? Also did you check the logs for errors? Start from there.
