dotcom
I am trying to setup enom as a registrar in WHMCS and can not get it to work. I have followed the video tutorial and made sure enom has added the IP address to my account API whitelist. I have included a screenshot where you will see there are no top level domain showing in the order drop down menu. Any ideas?
sparky
you need to setup your domain tld's and pricing in admin -> Setup -> Domain Pricing for the tld's to show. Also at enom you need to submit a ticket to get your ip added. The part in the enom clientarea to add your ip is only for the test enviroment.
dotcom
Sparky- Thank you for taking a stab at my problem... the video tutorial already had me setup the tld's under "domain pricing" as well as submit a ticket to enom with the IP for the API whitelist. I called them as well to verify it was complete. You will see in the screen shot my current "domain pricing" settings. Any other ideas? Is there any additional info you need for troubleshooting?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 21, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 21, 2010 Have you clicked the "Open Pricing" links and entered your domain pricing?
dotcom
John- That did it! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I completely missed the step- it's even clearly demonstrated in the video tutorial.
dman7800
I have a question on this as well.. Do we need to setup pricing in the enom account and the WHMcs setup or can we just do one and the other populates in some sort of sync method?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 1, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 1, 2010 No you just need to specify the price in WHMCS.
