Auto reply support ticket in different languages

we manage customers mainly in 2 languages (English and Spanish).


We have 2 differnet support emails depending the language.


Is there a way to set up the language of the auto replay for each account?

Sure, you'd add something like this to the email template:


{if $ticket_department eq "English"}


That assumes your English support department is called "English". Just change that to whatever the real name of the department is.
