WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 21, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 21, 2010 Sure, you'd add something like this to the email template: {if $ticket_department eq "English"} **ENGLISH MESSAGE HERE** {else} **SPANISH MESSAGE HERE** {/if} That assumes your English support department is called "English".
