kikloo Posted June 15, 2010 Share Posted June 15, 2010 Hello, WHMCS just auto renewed a domain of the client. What i did was I entered a payment details for a client's order and saved it. Later I needed to edit the description but there was no edit icon to change the payment details. So I deleted that payment, marked invoice as Unpaid (coz it won't let me re-add a new payment) and then re-added the payment again with correct description. All went well, but suddenly I got an email about the domain renewal and I came to know that WHMCS renewed the domain for another year. There was no warning etc. at all by WHMCS to me that the domain was going to get auto renewed. How to disable this ? So that in future it does'nt do that when admin has added payment etc. coz order was already manually executed. Thanks. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
