Website Panel & WHMCS

grundybin

Question

Hi,

I am using the trial version of WHMCS which seems to work fine, except when it comes to interacting with the website panel server as it starts throwing HTTP 500 errors.

Basically is WHMCS compatible with WebSite panel as its pretty much DotNetPanel or are there differences?

Thanks

Unfortunately a 500 Internal Server Error error is just a generic message from your server, it could be that ioncube is incorrectly installed or there are some settings in a .htaccess file causing an error. In order to find the exact cause of the error please refer to your error logs. With this specific information we can then help troubleshoot the issue.

Yes it works fine with the DNP module. Do you have SOAP enabled in PHP? Enable detailed errors so you can see whats causing the 500 s(usually not having SOAP enabled)
