ezequias Posted June 8, 2010 Share Posted June 8, 2010 Hi, I'd like to know if there's a possibility of send a message to a customer when s/he complete one year of customer. I mean, like, thanks for been our client for one year, I hope we can continue, and when complete two years, and so on. I Couldn't find how to send that, There's a mass mail option, but there's no field like, select just how long s/he is a customer.
