Problem with registering domains in ResellerClub

Hello, i am very novice in this topic of WHMCS.

 

I am trying to setup my registrars domains provider that is ResellerClub, I followed the manual instructions whmcs, and I am quite sure that I am entering username, password and Parent ID correctly, but whenever I try to make a Domain Registration get the error Inavalid Username / password or your account may be suspended or inactive, and none of these reasons apply.

 

where you can be wrong?

In the "Username" field enter the email address you use to login to ResellerClub.

Are you sure you didn't put your ResellerID, instead of the ParentID ?

ResellerID got 5 numbers, parentID - only one number (at least for me).

As Dominik stated, if you are a direct RC reseller the parentID should be 1.

 

If you are not a direct RC reseller, then it is the resellerID of your parent reseller. Go to settings >> personal information >> primary profile in RC to check.
