Product pricing issue

Hi,

I just added a product group, product.

Ok.Works.

When I look at prices in cuctomer cart all prices are zero!!

Why!?

Have you entered the prices already?

 

If not: Go to Setup ==> products/services

 

Then edit a product and go to the tab Pricing.

 

There you can enter the prices.

Hi Bizzigo,

 

Even I am facing the same problem. Can you please post what is that you changed to 'default' that solved the problem? I can see you changed the template to default. How do i do that?

The order form template can be changed in Setup > General Settings> Ordering tab.
