tknass
Hi, I installed WHMCS 4.21 and was going through the configuration tutorials. In the tutorials there is an 'Other' tab in the General Setting of the Setup dropdown menu but I don't have it. Is there is reason for that? and Can I add it or is it anywhere else in WHCS? Many thanks TK
striddy
It has to be there. What screen resolution are you running?
tknass
Hi David, I'm running on 1024x768pixels. The installation tutorial that I used was through Abrahim Ikasud (webhostingtutorials) on youtube. he seemed to know what he is talking about. It's obviously my 1st time intalling WHMCS. If it is possible, can I can upload the folder containing the "Other" tab into File manager in my host? Or would you recommend a better option? I personally couldn't hack the intallation guide that WHMCS and my local reseller is providing, expecially afer they started talking about ioncube and Putty. No clue how to use them! thanks TK
striddy
1024 x 768 is an incredibly small screen resolution for a modern computer system. If I set mine to that size the "other" tab ends up under the "general" tab. Can you see it there?
tknass
It has to be there. What screen resolution are you running? You are so right... How come though 1024x768 is low?! That is the standard isn't it? You know maybe the laptop I'm using isn't up to scratch with its 15". Thanks anyway Striddy! WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 24, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 24, 2010 If you're using a lower resolution consider switching to the "original" or "simple" admin templates.
