rosscoD
Is there a way to show a client which server their website is on including the IP? I can't seem to see it anywhere. Thanks.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 17, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 17, 2010 Which page are you trying to use it on? If memory serves those merge fields are only available on the product details page. Take a look at http://wiki.whmcs.com/Template_Syntax for instructions on how to check which are available.
rosscoD
I have tried penguin's examples in the clientareaproductdetails.tpl file and they are blank. I have set the server up correctly as far I'm aware in WHMCS. Is there anything that I can check to see if there isn't an issue with the settings?
