MediaPlayStudios
@ Daniel What exactly is the issue with the import script that you are having
aXeR
I'm guessing WHMCS have set office working times just like most companies, they don't suggest they offer 24hr support so it would be unreasonable to expect it imo.
railto
WHMCS support is not 24/7, but i can tell you it is a lot faster than that of modernbill/parallels, give them time and they will respond to your ticket
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 12, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 12, 2010 Typical ticket response times range from 5 minutes up to 8 hours during busy periods and depending on the complexity of your issue. Support is provided from 9am until 2am GMT with the fastest responses during office hours.
abdicar
Almost all real hosting companys are 24/7, and if WHMCS is our main way to get in touch with our customers, and any problem need the attention of the Staff of WHMCS and they are not online... we lose money, time and a lot of things... Personally; I have one year with WHMCS and the software is great, but the support is not very good, and very very very slow. Usually when i open a ticket, i got replys from 2 or 3 guys that dont know how to respond or fix any issue, and one or two days after I get a reply from Matt. That is the same on 3-5 tickets on all the year.
mylove4life
WHMCS is NOT a hosting comapny.... there really is no need for them to be 24/7....
