Anybody using Licensing Addon?

Is anyone using the licensing addon by WHMCS? If so, can you do me a favor and show me screenshots of the addon. Be sure to hide the admin URL in the address bar.

 

In the past, i used phpaudit but it no longer exists. The company renamed the software and changed it almost completely and now im disappointed at software now.

 

WHMCS has no demo of the licensing addon and thats why I want to see some screenshots before i spend $100 on this addon.

We're using the Licensing Addon (having migrated from PHPAudit).

 

You setup a product and link it to the "licensing" server module. It's very nice.

Can I ask, once you have setup the licensce is there much coding to be done to your own application to incorporate the key checking side of things?

The licensing addon comes with the one file you need to add to your code. Then you will want to encode it with ionCube.

Thank you Darren, for providing a screenshot. I am more likely to purchase the Addon now. It's a pity WHMCS still has not set a Demo for this. Remember the old saying? "A picture is like a thousand words".

 

I have a couple of questions though:

 

1. What type of things are we able to sell using the Licensing Addon, is it just software?

2. Is it easy to set up so a license check can be carried out?

1. You can use it with anything you can incorporate the licence check code into.

2. Yes, a sample PHP licence check code is included with the addon you need to incorporate into your software.
